SCOTT PIZOR
Director & Head Coach
Head Coach & Program Director, Scott Pizor, has a Bachelors degree in Business from TCU and a Masters in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of East London.
Scott has 3 years of overseas playing experience in England, Spain, and Israel. He is a skills development specialist with a core belief that putting in quality work always comes first.
JEFF CARAWAY
Assistant Coach
Jeff brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the coaching arena, specializing in guiding 14u boys towards excellence in sports and life. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from LSU Shreveport and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Science Center, Jeff is not only passionate about the game but also well-equipped with a solid educational foundation.
As a coach, Jeff is dedicated to instilling essential values in young athletes. His coaching philosophy revolves around teaching the importance of decision-making, breaking down the "why" of the game, and setting goals that prioritize the team's success over individual accomplishments. Jeff believes in the power of discipline to achieve these goals, fostering an environment where young men can grow both as players and individuals.
CHRIS HAYNES
Assistant Coach
Coach Haynes boasts a remarkable journey marked by five prolific years of college basketball. Throughout this tenure, he amassed an impressive array of accolades, including multiple conference awards, and achieved a notable milestone of 1,200-1,300 career points, culminating in a memorable trip to the conference championship. Demonstrating unwavering leadership, Coach Haynes emerged as a pivotal figure within his team, guiding them to success for four out of five years. Beyond his on-court prowess, Coach Haynes brings with him three years of invaluable experience working with youth at boys and girls clubs, coupled with a strong background in coaching club sports. His adeptness at galvanizing individuals towards collective goals is underscored by his proven ability to lead teams to surpass organizational objectives.

KEIONA THOMPSON
Director of Marketing & Creative Ops

As the Director of Marketing and Creative Operations for Team Phoenix, Keiona Thompson brings a passion for storytelling and a deep love for sports. A graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Cinematic Arts, she has spent years capturing the energy and emotion of the game through photography, videography, and digital media.
Keiona’s journey in media began with an internship at FEE (Revolution of One)
under T.K. Coleman, where she gained hands-on experience in livestream production and content creation. She later refined her skills at The Potter’s House of Dallas under Bishop T.D. Jakes, working on high-impact digital projects. In addition to her work with Team Phoenix, she is the founder of That's Oasis LLC, a company dedicated to sports content creation, helping athletes and teams showcase their journey through powerful visuals.
At Team Phoenix, Keiona is focused on bringing the program to life through creative storytelling—highlighting the hard work, dedication, and passion that define the athletes and coaches. Through digital media, she aims to strengthen the brand and build a community that feels connected on and off the court.
NIK EINKAUF
Assistant + Strength and Conditioning Coach
Coach Einkauf studied Kinesiology at The University of North Texas after playing basketball locally for Grapevine High School. Nik specializes in biomechanics and strength & conditioning. Over the past two years, he has gained experience training athletes all the way from the youth level to the professional level. Nik is passionate about sharing his knowledge with next generation of athletes.
TIM MARTIN
NBA Player Development Coach
Coach Martin's vast knowledge in basketball development aided 9 of his players from high school to successfully compete in the McDonald's All American Games to being drafted in the NBA in the last five years. His proficiency and dedication to further develop his craft have allowed him to travel to countries like China, Africa, South Korea, France, and all over the USA to host camps/create curriculum and become a lead speaker at several coaching clinics in various provinces.
